Brewood Music Festival  (“Our”, “Us”, “We” and abbreviated as BMF) – Terms and Conditions of Sale and Booking

1. Online Box Office Arrangements through our ticket partner Eventbrite
a. These full terms and conditions apply to tickets sold through online sales through the Eventbrite vendor. These terms and conditions should be read prior to purchase, as the purchase of a ticket means you accept all the terms and conditions. Eventbrite terms and conditions are available online.

b. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.

2. Tickets
a. Tickets for sale online are subject to availability.
b. You should check your ticket at the time of purchase and contact Us immediately if there is a mistake.
c. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed.
d. The price of the ticket includes any applicable taxes and booking or collection fees.

e. There is no guarantee of ticket availability and different types of tickets may be issued. The licensed capacity of the event is finite.

3. Event
a. We reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to change the advertised programme if required.
b. Glass is not allowed in the ticketed area.
c. Strictly no fireworks or fire lanterns allowed in the ticketed area.
d. Those who are, or whom appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol or allowed to consume alcohol, and will be refused entry if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol upon arrival.
e. Tamper-proof wristbands will be applied to ticket holders on arrival at the event. Wristbands will be applied directly to the person to whom the ticket relates. Wristbands cannot be collected by another person.
f. Brewood Music Festival will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
g. By entering the ticket areas you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for promotional activity.
h. All alcohol must be purchased on site. Sealed soft drinks and bottled water are allowed. Any alcohol attempted to be brought into the festival will be confiscated


4. Delivery

Tickets will be supplied by email for you to print out. If you have no facilities to print a ticket, please contact us directly

5. Refunds and Exchanges
a. Once tickets have been paid for We are unable to provide a refund or exchange (the exception to this is at sub-clause 5c).
b. If you cannot attend a performance We are unable to refund or exchange your tickets.
c. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Us you will be entitled to an exchange. Refunds may be applied for and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In both instances (refund or exchange) you must claim within 1 month from the date of the event.
d. Brewood Music Festival reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel the performance. No refunds will be available in the event of cancellation of this nature.

e. Any postage, booking fee and/or card charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the event you have booked has been cancelled or rescheduled. (see also Refunds and Exchanges).

7. Conditions of admission
a. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
b. We reserve the right to request patrons to leave the premises.
c. You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission.
d. You must comply with safety announcements and instructions given by the stewards.
e. Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.
f. Age Limit 16+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult

g. Under 5s not allowed into the ticketed event (Saturday Night)

8. Accuracy

The information contained within this site is correct at time of being published. We reserve the right to make alterations where necessary and are not liable for any subsequent omissions.

9. Data Protection

Under the Data Protection Act We have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with Us, your details will be held on Eventbrite secure databases. From time, to time we may send you information about Us and Our programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell Us by return of email and We will remove you from our mailing list; alternatively, check the relevant box during the booking process. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.

All information is correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to make alterations should circumstances require it.
